Rooms are elegantly designed with beautiful views. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is exceptional. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the public and private onsen baths, which are clean and well-maintained according to previous reviews.

The food was amazing, especially the Kaiseki dinner and the outdoor spa was very relaxing. The staff was extremely accommodating and made us feel at home. We also appreciated the quiet and peaceful surroundings and the stunning interior design of the hotel.

The location was a bit far from the city center and there was no internet available, but it didn't detract too much from our overall experience. The walk to the outdoor spa was also a bit chilly in the snowing season, but it was still beautiful and worth it.

It was truly a rejuvenating experience.
